It’s included! We love the United States Postal Service and we ship daily, or just about (every now and then we take a few days off to hunt for inventory). Ian, over at our local USPS, makes sure your packages get scanned and on their way to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once in a blue moon, packages can get delayed or lost en route. We are not responsible when this happens and suggest making a claim directly with USPS. Apologies for the headache.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. We have no control over additional charges to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your online order.
