Ian, over at our local USPS, makes sure your packages get scanned and on their way to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once in a blue moon, packages can get delayed or lost en route. We are not responsible when this happens and suggest making a claim directly with USPS. Apologies for the headache.

What makes an item of clothing “vintage”?
Generally speaking if the item of clothing is no older than an antique (100 years old) but not less than 20 years, it falls under the term vintage.
Why buy vintage?
Let me count the reasons:
- Environmentally friendly
- Supports small local businesses
- Made in America of higher quality fibers and craftsmanship
- Unique one of a kind items
- All the cool kids are doing it
- See one through five
How do I know my vintage size?
Vintage and modern day sizing can vary greatly from one another which is why we hand measure each and every garment. We recommend finding your favorite t-shirt, sweatshirt and pair of non-stretch jeans in your closet and getting their flat lay dimensions. Jot them down in your notes and you’ll always have them handy to compare against a listed item’s measurements.
What does FOTL mean?
Fruit of the Loom, kids. Geez.
What does 50/50 mean?
A lot of t-shirts back in the day were made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. After decades of wear and tear they start to soften and get that “vintage t-shirt look”. 100% cotton shirts are generally a thicker feel and can appear more structured.
T-shirt fit by decade, generally speaking?
- 70s - slim and lonnnnng
- 80s - slim but shorter length than the 70s
- 90s - boxy - pit and length measurements are often the same
Why should I pay for stained clothing?
Stains are cool. But if I don’t have you convinced, that yellow jalopy hanging out on your new-old (now off) white tee could have been a mustard mishap from catching a fly ball at the World Series in ’83 with a hotdog in hand. Or from changing a flat tire on a college road trip to meet your future ex in-laws? Stains have stories even when they’re in the pits! Sweating in your favorite Hanes crewneck on your first middle school date can have a life long impact on a t-shirt.
Will my order come washed?
Dirty clothes stink, literally! We wash all t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants and cotton jackets. We soak wool garments but recommend getting them professionally cleaned upon receipt.
Really? You washed my order? It still has a slight stench.
Try soaking it in OxyClean over night and then tossing it in the wash again. It might take some elbow grease to get older items smelling fresh.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship daily. That said, very occasionally, we take a day off to go hunt for dirty old clothes. If you are in a hurry, email us directly. We ship USPS first class and priority based on weight.
Where do you get all your stuff?
A magician never reveals her/his secrets.
